On Thursday, I went to a networking event with my buddy Scott.

Let’s compare in-person networking versus social networking.

Benefits of In-Person Networking:

  2. Building Trust: Meeting people in person can help establish trust and credibility more effectively than online interactions.

  5. Pizza: With the price of entry, a meal, drinks, or some Hors D’oeuvres are included.

Drawbacks of In-Person Networking:

  1. Time-Consuming: Attending in-person events and meetings can be time-consuming, especially if they involve travel.
  2. Limited Reach: Your networking opportunities are constrained by geography and the availability of events.
