These terms cover Website Analyzer on this website and in ChatGPT. By using it, you agree to them.

What it does. You give it a website address. It reads that site’s public pages and settings and returns a grade, category scores and suggested fixes. The analyzer and its reports are free. Nothing is sold inside ChatGPT.

How you may use it. Use it for websites you own, manage, or are evaluating for a legitimate business reason. Don’t use it to overload a website, get around our daily limits, scan pages behind a login, or do anything unlawful. We may refuse, limit or stop any scan.

Results are information, not a guarantee. Scores are automated estimates of what the analyzer could read at the time of the scan. Websites, search engines and AI assistants change. We don’t promise rankings, traffic, calls, leads, or a recommendation from Google, ChatGPT or any other service. Check important changes with your web developer before you make them.

Other services. Scans use outside services, including Google PageSpeed Insights and public domain and DNS lookups. If one is unavailable, part of a report may be missing. ChatGPT is provided by OpenAI under its own terms.

Report links. Anyone with a report link can open that report. Share it only with people you want to see it.

Purchases. Anything you choose to buy on this website is covered by the terms shown where you buy it.

No warranty. The analyzer is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.

Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent the law allows, Assertive Holdings, LLC (M. Curtis McCoy is its trade name) is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the analyzer or its results.

Changes and governing law. We may change or end the analyzer, or these terms, at any time. The date above shows the latest version. Colorado law governs these terms.

Important Service/Product Specific Terms

Terms of service: Your service with M. Curtis McCoy includes, but is not limited to, the terms of your M. Curtis McCoy service plan (including those outlined below and those which may be presented or provided in other materials) and the most recent M. Curtis McCoy General Terms and Conditions of Service. Carefully read all parts of your Agreement.

Nature of our Service: Our plans, books, services, and features are not for resale. The primary usage must be for domestic purposes and for other purposes outlined in our offers. Domestic means use in the 48 contiguous states, Hawaii, DC, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Third-Party Products and Services: M. Curtis McCoy provides the ability to purchase from Third Parties (not M. Curtis McCoy) digital content or services, tangible goods, and to make donations. Deleting third-party applications from your device alone may not stop the billing of monthly recurring charges.
