Below are some insights from Mitchell Beinhaker. Enjoy!

What is your personal definition of success?

I define success as being able to create some financial freedom while doing things that you love and are good at. This will vary from person to person depending on their personal needs and wants, financial situation, and areas of interest.

Can you share the steps you take daily to improve?

I try to make one new connection per day to grow my personal network. This might be a personal meeting or an online connection. But I want to meet or be introduced to someone I can add to my mailing list and introduce them to my “world”.

Tell me about a specific moment that set you on the path you’re on now?

I’ve always had an interest in business and entrepreneurship. I don’t know if there was any single particular moment, but I have always gravitated to running my own practice or even being entrepreneurial in a corporate position. As a lawyer, I’ve always considered myself more as a business person than a legal professional.
